Mid-City Gym is excited to launch TEAM TRAINING, the global leader in small group training. Programs are delivered in 50-minute sessions, twice a week on a set schedule. Each team of 6 to 10 participants is led through a curriculum scientifically formulated by the TRIBE developers and deployed by a Mid-City Gym expert trainer in newly designated space at Mid-City Gym. Team Training is designed to integrate members into a community to work together to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
